Mat Pilates combines the basic principles of breathing, centering, control, precision, and concentration into an integrated combination of precise exercises. All the exercises are performed on comfortable rubber mats, in a number of different positions, from lying face down, face up, kneeling to lying ways. Great results can be achieved through beginner, intermediate and advanced levels and often combines various equipment pieces such as foam rollers, swiss ball, resistance bands and magic circles. The great variety of exercises ensures no two sessions are the same.
