WELCOME TO BACK IN SHAPE...

When things go wrong you want to get them sorted as soon as possible, which is why we offer same day appointments and to make things easy you only have to call one number and we can arrange an appointment at any of our clinics. 

Typically our appointments are 45 minutes in duration.  This gives you and your therapist enough time to identify all your problems and address each concern fully.  You can expect your first appointment will involve a thorough assessment, and then some treatment, concluding with instructions from your therapist on the most appropriate exercises to start your rehabilitation.  Subsequent appointments focus on treatment and progressing rehabilitative exercises.
